If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Packaging must be intact and undamaged

Proof of purchase is required

We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the value of the goods has been diminished due to handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used, unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are defective or not as described.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days

Original standard delivery costs will be refunded if the full order is cancelled within the 14-day cooling-off period

We may withhold the refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If you cancel within the 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error or a faulty product, we will cover the return cost.
