Thank you for shopping with PoundSale, operated by Lighter Ltd. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return, and request a refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

1. 14-Working-Day Return & Cancellation Period If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to return your items or cancel your order within 14 working days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to return, you must notify us within 14 working days of delivery by contacting:

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

2. Return Conditions To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

• Packaging must be intact and undamaged.

• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items For hygiene, safety, and final sale conditions, certain items and collections are strictly non-returnable once opened, used, or purchased:

• Hygiene-sensitive products (unless faulty).

• Items marked as "Final Sale".

• Products belonging to our promotional or clearance collections (Please check the product description page to see if an item is marked as non-returnable before purchasing).

This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are defective or not as described.

4. Restocking Fees We want to keep your shopping experience simple. We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items. The restocking fee is £0.00.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• Customer Responsibility: For standard returns and cancellations, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage costs. A fixed return shipping fee of £3.99 applies to all standard returns.

• Our Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, or if the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the full return shipping costs at no charge to the customer.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at sales@poundsale.com. We will provide a replacement, repair, or full refund in line with your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

• Refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.

• Original standard delivery costs will be refunded if the full order is cancelled within the 14-working-day cooling-off period (minus the £3.99 return shipping fee if applicable).

• We may withhold the refund until the goods are received back or proof of return is provided.
